ISHQ is a South Beach restaurant and the spice to Miami's melting pot; complementing its thick and invigorating sounds, deep history, and world-renowned dining. Located on Ocean drive in South Beach's Art Deco district, ISHQ prepares a menu of eclectic contemporary Indian cuisine, rich of color and taste.

ISHQ (pronounced: ih-shk), translates, literally, to "passionate Love".

The restaurant infuses a number of traditional Indian foods—Naans, Curries, and Samosas—with a menu that reveals a few familiar elements of French cuisine.

The menu at Ishq infuses a number of traditional Indian foods-Naans, Curries and Samosas-with the not so traditional offerings such as Bombay baby back ribs, Delhi Lamb which is a rack of lamb with Indian spices.

The relationship shared by restaurant founders Kavita and Sham Kamlani is one that began at childhood and, after overcoming the challenges of an arranged marriage, evolved into Ishq. Kavita and Sham's love emanates throughout the restaurant; it's apparent in the ambiance, and in every bite. It lends a level of comfort unlike any other South Beach restaurant.
